How to read my Usage page

Understanding the progress bars on Account → Usage and knowing when to top up.

Updated 2026-05-01

The Account → Usage page is your dashboard for tracking consumption. It contains four blocks.

1. "Plan & next renewal" banner

At the top, you see:

  • the plan name (Starter Pack),
  • the next Stripe renewal date (and days left),
  • a "Subscription cancelled — access ends on …" status if you cancelled,
  • a "Manage subscription" link to the subscription page.

2. "Credits" block (subscription)

Represents your included credits in the Starter Pack (1,710 per month).

  • The bar starts full at the beginning of the month and drains as you consume.
  • Color: indigo above 25% remaining, amber between 10–25%, red below 10%.
  • Shows the remaining percentage and credit count.
  • Displays the reset date = the next renewal date.

This block is hidden if you have consumed all your subscription credits.

3. "Additional usage" block (top-up)

Represents your purchased credits (manual or automatic top-ups). Shown only if you have available top-ups.

ℹ️ Convention: Skuads first debits your top-up credits (since you paid for them explicitly), then your subscription credits.

4. Email and SMS cards

Two separate bars track your messaging consumption for the current month:

  • Emails this monthX / 500,
  • SMS this monthY / 200.

The counters reset on the 1st of each month, independently of the subscription renewal date.

When is the page accessible?

The Usage page appears as soon as your site has at least 1 credit (subscription or top-up). If your total balance is zero, the menu hides the entry and the page returns 404.

"Resubscribe" banner

If your subscription is expired but you have unused credits, an indigo banner appears at the top of the Usage page to remind you to reactivate your subscription in order to keep using them.
