2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to data processed when using the Service (web app, API, websites, and related integrations).

For your own customers' or prospects' data, Skuads acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller. You are responsible for providing required information to your end users and complying with applicable laws.

3. Data we process

Depending on how the Service is configured, we may process:

  • Account data: identity, email, phone, organization, role, authentication.
  • Billing data: identity, address, VAT where applicable, plan, invoices, and payment method references (non-sensitive).
  • Usage data: logins, logs, preferences, settings, action history.
  • Content and media: files and content published/imported, marketing assets.
  • Integration data: OAuth identifiers and tokens, connected third-party accounts (Google, social networks, etc.).
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, cookies and trackers.
  • Support: messages and attachments in support requests.
  • Telephony and call tracking: call history, recordings, and transcriptions where enabled via Dexem. Where required, the User must inform callers and obtain necessary consent.
  • Analytics/support identifiers: user identifiers (e.g., email) sent to support or analytics tools.

In some cases, we analyze public website content provided by the User to generate summaries or suggestions (AI).

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

  • Provide the Service (contract performance).
  • Manage billing and accounting (legal obligation and contract performance).
  • Secure the Service and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
  • Improve features and measure audience (legitimate interest or consent depending on cookies).
  • Communicate about account operations and incidents (legitimate interest / contract performance).
  • Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

5. Recipients and subprocessors

Data may be shared with technical providers solely to deliver the Service. Depending on configuration, this may include:

  • Payments and billing.
  • Google and other connected services (analytics, ads, business profiles, maps).
  • Social media publishing.
  • AI and content generation.
  • SMS and communications.
  • Call tracking, recordings, and transcriptions.
  • Customer support and technical support.
  • Audience measurement and analytics.
  • Notifications and mobile channels.
  • Internal operations (request handling, incident management, and follow-up).

6. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the EU. In that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and/or an adequate level of protection.

7. Data retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes, including:

  • Active account: for the duration of use.
  • Billing records: legal retention period (e.g., 10 years for accounting records in France).
  • Technical logs: limited duration based on security and audit purposes.

Upon expiration, data is deleted or anonymized subject to legal constraints.

8. Cookies and trackers

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, and analytics. Non-essential cookies may be subject to consent depending on applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, encrypted communications, logging, backups).

10. Your rights

You have rights (subject to applicable law): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

11. Minors

The Service is intended for professionals. We do not target minors.
