Create my Skuads account

1. Registration

Go to app.skuads.com, or use the Skuads app on iOSor Android, and enter your email address.

You will receive a 6-digit code by email. Enter it to confirm your address, then continue with the short registration form.

2. Complete the registration form

After emailing the code, a few quick steps collect what is needed to set up your workspace:

1. Full name. Your first and last name.
2. Date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Country of Residence. Your country of residence.
4. Company Name. The name of your business.
5. Password. Your password.

3. Choose your plan and start the 30-day free trial

To start the trial, you choose the Starter pack and enter a payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). This is required to open the trial, but no charges occur until day 30. If you cancel before, you will not be charged. (This free trial is only available in the Skuads app, for new customers who subscribe to the Starter pack and have no other service at Skuads.)

• Starter: for freelancers and small businesses who are discovering Skuads. You can activate it directly.
• Premium / Business / First Class: for existing Skuads customers, activated via a quote request.

If you are already a Skuads customer with a Premium, Business or First Class pack, register using the email shared with your sales manager. Your access is unlocked without payment.

Once you set your plan, your 30-day free trial starts with full access to all features.

4. Custom setup (approximately 2 minutes)

Once on your dashboard, a short 5-step setup wizard appears. It must be completed in one go, and reappears each time you log in until you have completed it:

1. What is your website? Enter your site URL, or select I don't have a website yet. Skuads uses the URL to pre-populate your business type, your Google Business Profile if you have one, and the products you sell.
2. What type of activity do you do? Choose your type of activity.
3. What are your current priorities? Choose up to 3.
4. Do you have a Google Business Profile?
5. Do you run paid ads online?

When you finish, a Configuration complete message confirms it and your personalized getting started list appears on the dashboard with the next actions to get the most out of Skuads (connect Google Business Profile, connect Google Ads, Create your website, etc.).

5. During the 30-day trial

• All features are unlocked from day 1 (AI visuals, AI site generation, lead forms, call tracking, etc.).
• No debit occurs before the 30th day. You can cancel at any time from Account > Payment & Billing, which opens your billing portal, to avoid being charged.

6. After the test

• On the 30th day, the chosen plan is debited with the payment method provided at registration.
• Your monthly credit allocation is loaded and renews with each billing cycle.
• You receive an invoice by email each time you renew.
• Track your credit consumption in Account > Usage.
