Stay informed in Skuads

Skuads displays your notifications via a bell in the top bar, and also keeps you informed by email.

The notification bell

There is a bell icon in the top bar, just to the left of the light/dark theme button. When you have unread notifications, a dot indicates their number.

Click the bell to open the panel and see your latest notifications. Each notification displays its message.

  • Click on a notification to mark it as read.
  • Use Mark all as read at the top of the panel to clear everything at once.

These are the same notifications as in the mobile application.

Browser notifications (optional)

You may receive a system alert from your computer when a new notification arrives.

  1. Click on the bell: the first time, your browser asks you for permission to display notifications.
  2. Choose Allow.

When a new notification arrives, it appears as an alert on your system, even when Skuads is not the active window.

What notifications do you receive?

The bell brings together notifications from your account and your activity:

  • New leads: contact form submissions and Local Services leads.
  • New Google reviews, including negative reviews.
  • Missed calls.
  • AVI interactions.
  • Failed to publish a planned post.
  • Google service disconnected: alert when one of your Google services (Business Profile, Analytics, Ads or Local Services) disconnects and needs to be reconnected.
  • Daily report of your activity.
  • Credits running out and automatic credit refill.

Billing and credits

Billing and credit messages are also sent by email. You can view billing activity in your billing portal, accessible from Account, then Payment & Billing, which opens in a new tab.

On your phone

Skuads has a mobile app on the App Store and Google Play. The mobile app displays the same notifications in its notifications screen. See Install the Skuads mobile app.
