Buy additional credits (top-up)

If you consume more than your 1,710 monthly credits, you can buy additional credits at any time.

VAT is added automatically at checkout based on your billing country.

How to buy

1. Go to Account → Profile → Billing, or directly to the Subscription page.
2. Pick the pack that matches your needs.
3. Confirm payment with your registered method (the invoice is emailed instantly).
4. Credits are available immediately in your pot.

Auto top-up

You can enable auto top-up from the same page: when your balance falls below a threshold you set (e.g. 10% of allocation), Skuads automatically buys the pack you chose to avoid any service interruption.

Consumption priority

When you trigger an action:

1. Skuads first debits your top-up credits (since you paid for them explicitly),
2. then your subscription credits (which reset every month — best to use them).

This logic avoids wasting subscription credits that would otherwise be lost at the next renewal.

Custom amount

You can also buy a custom amount between 10 and 100,000 credits per purchase, with an automatic +10% bonus.

Do credits expire?

• Subscription credits: yes, they reset to zero at every monthly renewal.
• Top-up credits: no — they remain available until consumed, as long as your subscription is active.

⚠️ If your subscription is fully cancelled (past the end date), you cannot use your remaining credits until you reactivate. Credits are preserved but locked.
