AI generation is stuck or not working

Skuads asks you to upgrade

If you are sent to an upgrade page with a message like "Activate your Skuads account to continue", your subscription is no longer active. Your credits are kept but cannot be used while the subscription is inactive.

Solution: reactivate your subscription from Payment and billing. Once active again, all features and your credits become available again immediately.

Short of credits or insufficient credits

Check your balance on the Usage page. The cost of each action:

• Image generation: 15 credits
• Video generation: 15 credits
• Generation of text content: 8 credits
• Website generation: 60 credits

What you can do:

• Buy a top-up credit pack from Payment and Billing.
• Wait for the monthly renewal (the date is displayed on the Usage page).

Generation starts but fails

Images: Relaunch it. A temporary server load can cause a one-time failure. No credit is charged in the event of failure.

Videos: check that your script is not too long. Try to reduce the number of scenes.

Website Generator: Build may fail during build. Restarting it is risk-free. First check the current status before restarting.

AI produces low quality results

• Improve your prompt with more details (see write better prompts).
• Try another style or tone.
• Use Regenerate to get a new variant.

Generation is very slow

Normal durations by type:

• Images: less than 30 seconds. If it takes longer, refresh the page.
• Videos: several minutes is normal.
• Website Generator: 5 to 15 minutes depending on complexity.
