Common errors and solutions
Quick solutions for the most common error messages on Skuads.
Updated May 15, 2026
Here are the errors you may encounter on Skuads and how to quickly resolve them.
“Activate your Skuads account to continue”
This message appears when you try to use a feature without an active subscription, and Skuads sends you to an upgrade page.
- Check that your subscription is active in Payment and billing.
- If it has expired, subscribe again from the upgrade page.
- If you have just paid, wait a few minutes for the transaction to be confirmed, then reload.
“Service not configured” or a service displays Not connected
This concerns Google integrations (Analytics, Ads, Business Profile, Local Service).
- Open Connected accounts from the Settings group in the sidebar and check the badge of the relevant service.
- If the permission has expired, click Disconnect, then Connect, then the Connect [service] button on the panel, and reconnect with Google.
- On the Choose your [service] account page, make sure you select the correct account, property, or customer, then click Link this account.
On a workspace created by an administrator, members cannot edit a linked Google account. To refresh, log out and log back in via Google.
File upload error
Uploaded files have size limits:
- Images: 5 MB maximum, in JPG, PNG or WebP.
- If the file is too large, reduce its resolution or compress it before uploading.
Emails or SMS not received
If your marketing mailings are not reaching recipients:
- Check that you have enough credits (1 credit per email, 4 per SMS).
- Check the recipient's email address or phone number.
- Emails may land in the recipient's spam folder.
- For SMS, the number must be in international format (for example +33 6 12 34 56 78).
Slow or unresponsive pages
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).
- Clear browser cache.
- Try a private or private browsing window.
- Check your internet connection.
Browser compatibility
Skuads works best on recent versions of Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari on macOS or iOS.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
