How to update your personal information and interface language.

From Account > Profile, you can update your personal information and the language of your interface.

1. Profile information

In the Profile Information section, you can modify:

  • Photo. An optional profile photo (you can crop it before saving),
  • Name. Displayed in the interface and notifications,
  • Email. Used for login and alerts (a verification email is sent if you change it),
  • Date of birth.
  • Company name. Modifiable twice, after which a waiting period of 2 weeks applies,
  • Phone number. Used for SMS verification. Changing it requires a new verification code.

Click Save to apply your changes.

2. Language

Skuads is available in 15 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Romanian, Hungarian, Turkish, Russian, Arabic). In the Language section, choose your preferred language and click Save.

The interface language modifies all menus, buttons and messages. Your own content and data from Google are not translated.

3. Time zone

Your time zone is automatically detected when creating your account. It influences the times displayed in call history, reviews and reports, as well as the scheduling of posts and campaigns. If it needs to be fixed, contact the Skuads team.

4. Other profile settings

The Profile page also allows you to manage your connected social accounts, update your password, enable two-factor authentication, view your active browser sessions, and delete your account.

5. Switch between sites

If you manage multiple locations, use the site switcher at the top of the sidebar to change workspaces. Each site maintains its own integrations, data and credits.
