How to read my Usage page
Understand the Account > Usage progress bars and know when to reload.
Updated May 15, 2026
The Account > Usage page is your dashboard for tracking your consumption. It consists of a plan banner, a credit card and e-mail and SMS cards.
1. Plan and renewal banner
At the top you see:
- the name of the current plan (for example Starter Pack), or “No active subscription”,
- the date of the next renewal and the number of days remaining,
- a line “Subscription canceled. Access ends on ..." if you have terminated,
- a “Manage subscription” link to the subscription page.
2. Credit card
Click on the map to view details. It indicates your overall balance, then up to two sub-blocks:
- Credits included in the subscription. Credits included in your plan. Hidden once you've consumed them all.
- Additional use. Your credits purchased via manual or automatic top-ups.
Each bar starts full and empties as you consume. The color reflects what's left: indigo above 25% remaining, amber between 10% and 25%, red at 10% or less. The subscription block also displays the reset date, which is your next renewal date.
A Buy Credits button (or Subscribe if you don't have a plan yet) is displayed next to the title.
3. Email and SMS Cards
Two cards track your email consumption for the current month:
- Emails sent this month, displayed while remaining within your monthly limit,
- SMS sent this month, displayed while remaining within your monthly limit.
Each card has its own progress bar using the same color logic as the credits card.
Reset rules
As indicated at the bottom of the page: email and SMS counters reset on the 1st of each month, while credits reset on the next renewal date.
When is the page accessible?
The entry and the Usage page appear as soon as your site has at least 1 credit (subscription or recharge). If your total balance is zero, the sidebar hides the entry.
