Connect an Elementor form (WordPress)

The connection is made with the Skuads plugin for WordPress. It requires Elementor Pro.

1. Install the plugin

  1. Download the plugin: Skuads plugin for WordPress (.zip).
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin, select the .zip file, then click Install Now and Activate.

2. Retrieve your identifiers in Skuads

In Skuads, open Settings > API Settings. There you will find your Site UUID and your API Key (use the copy button next to each value).

3. Connect the plugin to Skuads

In the Connect Elementor Forms to Skuads menu of your WordPress administration:

  1. Set Enable Skuads Forms to Yes.
  2. Paste your Site UUID and API Key.
  3. Check the Elementor forms to capture.
  4. Click Set up connection.

Once the connection is established, the plugin displays “Your Elementor forms are connected to Skuads”. Each new sending automatically creates a lead in Skuads and triggers a New lead received notification.

To retrieve submissions already received before connection, use Manually sync entries in the plugin settings: Skuads imports the last 30 submissions.

The form in Skuads

When you click on Set up connection, the Elementor forms that you have checked are automatically added in Skuads, in Lead Forms > Settings (form ID, name, platform, and activated). You don't have to reconfigure anything on the Skuads side.

By default, the fields are recognized as follows: first name = name, last name = surname, e-mail = email, telephone = phone. If your Elementor fields have other names, provide them to Skuads to adjust the mapping in the Settings tab (for Skuads only).

Manual method (if automatic sync does not work)

If the forms do not come up automatically, you can declare them by hand.

  1. In WordPress, open your page with Elementor. In the left column, click on the Send button on your form to display its settings.
  2. In the Form field, locate the name of the form, displayed as Skuads (9cb2862): “Skuads” is the name and “9cb2862” is the ID of the form.
  3. In Skuads, open Lead Forms > Settings and fill in:
    • Platform: Elementor
    • Identifier form: the identifier (for example 9cb2862)
    • Form name: the name (for example Skuads)
  4. Click Save. Repeat the operation for each form to connect.

On a new site, first send a form test: this brings up the name and identifier of the form, which you can then report in Skuads.

Where to find your leads

Open the Lead Forms section from the My Feedback group in the sidebar:

  • Overview: performance and graphics of your forms.
  • Completed: the list of all submissions received. You can export them as CSV.
  • Conversions: tracking conversions from your forms.
