Connect Google Business Profile

Prerequisites

• An existing Google Business Profile record.
• A Google account with access to this listing.
• An active Skuads subscription or a current trial.

Log in

1. Open Your connected accounts, then click Connect or Edit on the Google Business Profile line.
2. The Google Business Profile settings form opens. Click Connect Google Business Profile.
3. A Google login page opens. Sign in with the Google account that owns the profile and approve the requested access.
4. Back on the form, choose the establishment in the Google Business Profile account drop-down menu (each option corresponds to an account/establishment pair).
5. Click Link this account. The badge changes to Connected.

If you don't already have a Google Business Profile, create one at business.google.comor request the Skuads team.

Permissions model

On a workspace created by Skuads, members cannot connect or modify the linked profile. They can only Disconnect it if it is already connected. On a workspace that you have created yourself, you can connect, change or disconnect the profile from the settings form.

What you see when logged in

Open Google Business Profile from the Online Presence group in the sidebar. The section has these tabs:

• Overview: performance of your profile on Google (views, searches leading to your profile, calls made from the profile, directions requests).
• Reviews: All your Google reviews in one place, with filters for answered and unanswered reviews. Skuads can write AI-suggested responses, and you can post directly from the app.
• Photos: Upload photos of your business, products, or team, or generate visuals with AI. Publish immediately or schedule.
• Posts: Create offers, events and news. Use the AI ​​editor to write the text. Publish or schedule.
• Settings: connection management.

Disconnect

Go to Your connected accounts, find Google Business Profile and click Disconnect. Confirm in the prompt. Stored identifiers are deleted. Data already collected (opinions, published posts) remains in Skuads for reference. You can log in again later via Google.

Troubleshooting

• No establishments found: the Google account you signed in with does not have any Business Profile attached. Create one at business.google.comor request the Skuads team.
• Permission denied: your Google account does not have rights to the profile. Check with the profile owner.
