Connect Google Business Profile

Skuads integrates with Google Business Profile to centralize your local visibility.

Where to connect

Open Connected Accounts from the Settings group in the sidebar. The page lists each integration available with a Connected or Not Connected badge.

How to connect Google Business Profile depends on your role:

• Administrators use an internal settings form to choose the Google account and establishment.
• Standard members see a status panel: log in via Google, see if the profile is linked, and log out if necessary.

Log in as administrator

1. Open Connected Accounts, then click Connect or Edit on the Google Business Profile line.
2. The Settings Google Business Profile form opens.
3. Choose Google account from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose the account, then the establishment.
5. Click Save. The badge changes to Connected.

Log in as a member

1. Open Connected Accounts from the Settings group in the sidebar.
2. On the Google Business Profile line, click Connect.
3. The status panel opens. Click Connect Google Business Profile.
4. A Google login page opens. Sign in with the Google account that owns the profile and approve the requested access.
5. Skuads takes you to a page titled Choose your account Google Business Profile which lists the establishments accessible from this Google account.
6. Choose the establishment to link and click on Link this account.

If you don't have a Google Business Profile yet, ask the Skuads team to create one for you.

The selector

After the Google step, the Choose your Google Business Profile account page displays the establishments that Skuads can read from your Google account. Choose the one for this workspace and click Link this account. Use Cancel or Return to connected accounts to exit without connecting.

Permissions model

On a workspace created by an administrator, members cannot edit a linked Google account. They can only Disconnect it (then reconnect it via Google). On a workspace that the member created himself, the member can change the linked account with Change linked account.

Once connected

Open Google Business Profile from the Presence group in the sidebar. The section has these tabs in order: Preview, Reviews, Photos, Posts, Settings.

Overview

Track your profile's performance on Google: views, searches leading to your profile, calls made from the profile, and directions requests.

Reviews

All your Google reviews in one place, with filters for answered and unanswered reviews. Skuads can write AI-suggested answers, and you can post your answer directly from the app.

Photos

Upload photos of your business, products or team, or generate visuals with AI. Publish immediately or schedule for later.

Posts

Create offers, events and news. Use the AI ​​editor to write the post text. Publish or schedule.

Disconnect

Go to Connected Accounts, find Google Business Profile and click Disconnect. Confirm in the prompt. Stored identifiers are deleted. Data already collected (reviews, published posts) remains in Skuads for reference. You can log in again later via Google.

Troubleshooting

• No establishments found: the Google account with which you connected does not have any Business Profile attached. Create one at business.google.com or ask the Skuads team.
• Permission denied: your Google account does not have rights to the profile. Check with the profile owner.
