Connect Google Local Service
Connect Google Local Services to Skuads to track your stats and leads.

Prerequisites
- An active Google Local Services account.
- A Google account with access to your Local Services data.
- An active Skuads subscription or a current trial.
Log in
- On the Google Local Service line, click Connect.
- A Google login page opens. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Local Services data and approve the requested permissions.
- Skuads takes you back to a selection page. Choose your Manager account from the drop-down menu: this is your own Google manager account that manages your Local Services ads. If you are not using a manager account, choose No manager (direct access).
- Then select your customer account in the Customer identifier drop-down menu: the list is automatically populated with the accounts accessible under the chosen manager account.
- Click Link this account.
Your Customer ID is the 10-digit number of your Google Ads account (in the format 123-456-7890), because Local Services ads are managed through Google Ads. You find it on ads.google.com: click on your account icon at the top right, the identifier is displayed under your account name. In Skuads, you don't have to enter it: simply choose the correct account from the list once the manager account is selected.
Permissions model
On a workspace created by Skuads, members cannot modify the connection; they see a status panel where they can log out and then log back in via Google. On a workspace that you created yourself, you can connect, switch and disconnect the service.
What you see when logged in
Open Google Local Service from the Acquisition group in the sidebar. The section has these tabs:
- Overview: Performance dashboard with graphs.
- Leads: the list of leads generated by your ads (number, type, category, billing status, date). Click Export to download them.
- Settings: connection management.
Disconnect
Go to Your connected accounts, find Google Local Service and click Disconnect. Confirm in the prompt. Stored identifiers are deleted and Skuads stops retrieving new data. You can log in again later via Google.
Troubleshooting
- No customer accounts found: Sign in again with the Google account that manages your Local Services ads, then try again.
