Problems connecting to Google services
Fix login errors, expired permissions, and Google account conflicts.
Updated May 15, 2026
Skuads connects to several Google services (Business Profile, Analytics, Ads, Local Service) via Google login. Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.
Where to manage Google logins
Open Connected Accounts from the Settings group in the sidebar. Each Google service displays a Connected or Not Connected badge with a Connect, Edit, or Disconnect button.
Common connection errors
- No accounts found to link: The Google account you signed in with does not have any properties, customers, or locations that Skuads can read. Log in with another Google account, or check your access on Google side.
- No account found for this administrator: for Google Ads or Google Local Service, the administrator account you have chosen does not have any clients accessible with your connection. Try another Administrator account in the chooser.
- Access denied: you have not granted all the requested permissions. Log in again from Connected Accounts and accept each step.
Authorization expired or revoked
Google permissions automatically expire or may be revoked if you change the security settings of your Google account. Symptoms include data that stops updating or a service that displays Not Connected again.
Fix the problem by reconnecting:
- Open Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect on the relevant service and confirm.
- Click Connect, then click the Connect [service] button on the panel that opens.
- Log in again with Google.
- On the Choose your [service] account page, choose the account and click Link this account.
On a workspace created by an administrator, members cannot edit a linked Google account. The way to refresh a stale connection is to disconnect and then reconnect via Google. On a workspace that the member created themselves, Change linked account is also available, or use Modify on the Connected accounts line.
Multiple Google account conflicts
If your browser is signed into multiple Google accounts, it may send the wrong one during authorization.
- Log out of all Google accounts in your browser.
- Log in only with the account you want to connect.
- Start the connection again from Skuads.
A private or private browsing window also avoids this conflict.
Check granted permissions
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Search for Skuads in the list of allowed apps.
- Confirm that the expected access is granted.
If Skuads does not appear, the permission has been revoked and you must log in again from Connected Accounts.
Google Business Profile connects differently. Administrators use the Google Business Profile Settings form (Google account, account, location, then Save). Standard members use the login and logout panel.
Still blocked
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try the connection again. If the problem persists, write to support@skuads.com with the service name and a screenshot of the error.
