My website failed to generate

Check build status

Open Website Generator from the sidebar to see the current status.

What statuses mean

• Waiting: in queue, generation will start soon.
• Under construction: generation in progress. Allow 5 to 15 minutes.
• Done: the site is online.
• Failed: an error occurred and you can restart.

What to do when the status is “Failed”

1. Wait for a few minutes and check if the status updates on its own.
2. Click to restart the generation. This action is risk-free.
3. Credits are not debited again when restarting after a failure.
4. If it still fails after two attempts, write to support@skuads.com.

Common causes of failure

• Temporary server load (the most common cause). A restart usually resolves the problem.
• Company information incomplete. Verify that all required fields are completed.
• Special characters in the site name. Avoid accents and symbols in the site name.

Site generated but inaccessible

If the status is “Completed” but the site is not displayed:

• The domain may still be propagating. It may take up to 24-48 hours after the build is complete.
• Try the direct link provided after generation.

Edit a generated site

Open the site dashboard from the link available in Website Generator. You can edit the content, add pages and change images directly.

Cost in credits

Website generation costs 60 credits. A restart after a failed attempt does not debit credits again.
