Create and use campaign templates

Save reusable email and SMS templates for your campaigns.

Updated May 15, 2026

Templates allow you to prepare reusable email or SMS layouts that you select when creating each campaign, without starting from scratch.

Access: open Acquisition, then Messaging, then the Templates tab.

Create a template

  1. Click Create template.
  2. Give the template a clear Name.
  3. Choose the Channel: Email, SMS, or Email and SMS.
  4. Optionally use the AI Content wizard: describe your offer, your target and your call to action, choose a Tone (Default, Professional, Friendly, Luxury or Energetic) and generate the content. It fills the subject, body and SMS depending on the template type.
  5. Write or adjust your content:
    • Subject: for email templates only.
    • Body / Builder: type your content directly, or enable Use block builder and add header, text, image and button blocks. You can reorder, edit, and delete blocks, and preview the result in Desktop and Mobile previews.
    • SMS body: type the text of the message. The editor displays the number of characters and the number of SMS segments (160 characters per segment). Links are automatically shortened in SMS to save characters.
  6. Add personalization markers if necessary:
  • :name. Contact name,
  • :email. Contact email,
  • :phone. Contact phone number.
  1. Save the template.

Manage your templates

From the list of templates, you can:

  • Modify an existing template. Changes apply to future campaigns; Campaigns already sent are not affected.
  • Delete templates you no longer need.

Use a template in a campaign

When creating a campaign in the Campaigns tab, select the template in the Template field. You can adjust it for this campaign without modifying the original template.

Tips

Email

  • Always include a clear and eye-catching object.
  • An unsubscribe link is added automatically. It is mandatory and cannot be deleted.
  • Preview your email for desktop and mobile before launching the campaign.

SMS

  • Keep the message short. Each segment of 160 characters corresponds to an SMS.
  • Unsubscribe instructions are automatically added at the end of the message.
  • Special characters reduce the limit per segment, so simple text maximizes compatibility between operators.
