Schedule your social media posts

Create, schedule and manage your social media posts from the Skuads scheduler.

Updated May 15, 2026

Skuads's Posts Scheduler allows you to create, schedule and manage all your social media posts from one place. Open Content in the sidebar, then Posts Scheduler.

Navigate the planner

The Posts Scheduler has five tabs:

  • Dashboard. Activity summary with Impressions, Engagements, Clicks and Posts, an engagement trend, top accounts and upcoming posts.
  • Posts. Complete list of all your posts.
  • Drafts. Posts saved in draft but not yet scheduled.
  • Calendar. Calendar view with Month, Week and Day views.
  • Accounts. Connected social media accounts.

Connect your social accounts

Open the Accounts tab and connect each platform you want to publish to. Auto-posting only works for logged in accounts.

Create a post step by step

1. Open the editor

Click New Post from the Posts, Drafts or Calendar tab. The editor is titled Create Post.

2. Select accounts

Under Accounts, check the connected accounts you want to post to. You can post on multiple platforms at once.

3. Write your content

Type your text in the Content field. The editor displays the number of characters and remaining characters for the selected platforms.

4. Use AI Assistant (Optional)

Open AI Assistant in the editor and click Generate to write a post. The wizard returns a suggestion that you can modify before confirming.

5. Add media

Under Media, click Add Media to upload images or videos from your computer. Visuals significantly increase engagement.

6. Choose the publication method

  • Publish immediately. The post is sent to all selected accounts when you click Publish.
  • Program for. Choose a date and time for automatic posting.

Your work is saved as a draft automatically as you write, so you can return to it later from the Drafts tab.

Calendar view

The Calendar tab provides an overview of your editorial plan, with Month, Week and Day views. Use the New Post button to add a post, or open an existing post to edit it.

Manage your posts from the list

In the Posts tab, you can filter by status (All Status, Scheduled, Draft, Published, Failed), open the actions menu to Edit a post, Retry a failed post, Duplicate a post, or Delete it.

Working with drafts

The Drafts tab brings together all content recorded but not yet scheduled. A post that you start writing is saved as a draft automatically. Use the tab to prepare content in advance, store post ideas before deciding on a publishing date, and build a library of reusable content.

Good programming practices

  • Plan at least a week in advance to maintain a regular presence even during busy periods.
  • Publish 3 to 5 times a week to stay active without saturating your audience.
  • Always use visuals: posts with images or videos get significantly more engagement than text-only posts.
  • Vary the formats: alternate company news, practical advice, customer testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
