Connect Google Local Services yourself and track your stats and leads from Skuads.

Updated May 15, 2026

Google Local Services places your business at the top of Google results with a trust badge and brings you leads directly by call or message. Skuads centralizes your statistics and leads in a dedicated space, and you can connect the service yourself in a few clicks.

Connect Google Local Services

Login is self-service and always authenticated through your Google login.

  1. Go to Acquisition in the sidebar, then Google Local Service, and open the Settings tab.
  2. If the account is not already signed in, click Connect Google Local Service, sign in with the Google account that has access to your Local Services data, and then approve the requested permissions.
  3. Back on the Settings tab, choose your Administrator account from the drop-down menu (Skuads LMS or ONLY LMS Coverage).
  4. Enter your Customer ID in the format 123-456-7890.
  5. Click Save.

The badge then displays Connected. Use Reconnect with Google to refresh the Google authorization at any time, and Log out of this account to remove it.

On sites created by an administrator, members cannot modify the connection. They only see a status panel where they can log out and then log back in themselves via Google. Administrators and owners of self-created accounts see the editable Administrator Account and Customer ID form.

Open your Local Services data

Go to Acquisition in the sidebar, then Google Local Service. The page has these tabs:

  • Preview. Performance dashboard with graphs.
  • Leads. List of leads generated by your ads.
  • Settings. Connection management: the Administrator Account and Customer ID form for administrators and self-created accounts, or a connection and disconnection status panel for members on sites created by an administrator.

Preview tab

The dashboard displays your Local Services performance for the selected period (last 30 days by default). Use the date range selector at the top of the page to change the period analyzed. A chart breaks down activity over time to spot trends.

Leads tab

The Leads tab lists each contact generated by your Local Services ads. For each lead, you see:

  • Phone number of the prospect,
  • Type of lead (call, message),
  • Category of activity,
  • Billing status (billed or not billed),
  • Date and time of reception.

Filter the list by date range and billing status (Any Billing Status, Billed Leads, Unbilled Leads) to quickly find a specific lead. Click Export to download the filtered leads.

Tips

  • Respond quickly: check the Leads tab regularly and contact prospects without delay. Speed of response is a key factor in converting Local Services leads.
  • Monitor your billing status: compare billed leads to total leads to assess the return on your advertising investment.

Troubleshooting

  • No data displayed: the selected period may not cover any activity, or the account has just been connected. Recent leads appear as soon as Google reports them.
  • Account not found automatically: enter your account manually in the Customer ID field in the Settings tab, then click Save.
  • Leads are not loading: check your connection, then refresh the page. If the problem persists, contact us at support@skuads.com.
