Packs available

• 200 credits for 20 EUR excluding tax
• 1,000 credits + 100 bonuses for 100 EUR excluding tax
• 3,000 credits + 500 bonuses for 300 EUR excluding tax
• 10,000 credits + 2,000 bonus for 1,000 EUR excluding tax

VAT is automatically added to the payment based on your billing country.

How to buy

1. Open Account > Usage and click Buy Credits. You arrive on the My subscription page.
2. In the Additional Credits section, choose a Recharge Pack.
3. The purchase is immediately debited from your registered payment method, and an invoice is sent to you by email.
4. Credits are available immediately in your balance.

An active subscription and a registered payment method are required to purchase credits. Without a payment method, open your billing portal to add one.

Automatic recharge

In the same Additional Credits section, you can activate automatic top-up: choose a pack and a threshold percentage. When your balance falls below this threshold, Skuads automatically purchases the selected pack and debits your payment method, so that the service is never interrupted.

Consumption priority

When you trigger an action:

1. Skuads first debits your subscription credits (which reset each month),
2. Then, once these are exhausted, your top-up credits (which do not expire).

This logic avoids wasting subscription credits that would otherwise be lost at the next renewal: your purchased top-up credits remain intact as long as there are subscription credits remaining.

Do credits expire?

• Subscription credits: yes, they reset with each monthly renewal.
• Top-up credits: no. They remain available until consumed, as long as your subscription is active.

If your subscription is completely canceled (beyond the end date), you cannot use your remaining credits until you reactivate. Credits are preserved but locked.
