Buy additional credits (top-up)

If you use more than your monthly allowance of credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time.

Packs available

• 200 credits for 20 EUR excluding tax
• 1,000 credits + 100 bonuses for 100 EUR excluding tax
• 3,000 credits + 500 bonuses for 300 EUR excluding tax
• 10,000 credits + 2,000 bonus for 1,000 EUR excluding tax

VAT is automatically added to the payment depending on your billing country.

How to buy

1. Open the My subscription page (you can also access it with the Buy credits button from the Usage page).
2. In the Additional Credits section, scroll down to Recharge Packs and choose the pack that suits your needs.
3. Confirm the purchase with your saved payment method (the invoice is sent automatically by email).
4. Credits are available immediately in your balance.

Automatic recharge

In the same Additional Credits section, you can activate automatic top-up: choose a pack and a threshold percentage. When your balance falls below this threshold, Skuads automatically purchases the selected pack and debits your payment method, so that the service is never interrupted.

Consumption priority

When you trigger an action:

1. Skuads first debits your top-up credits (since you paid them explicitly),
2. Then your subscription credits (which reset every month).

This logic avoids wasting subscription credits that would otherwise be lost at the next renewal.

Custom amount

You can also purchase a custom amount between 10 and 100,000 credits per purchase, with an automatic bonus of +10%.

Do credits expire?

• Subscription credits: yes, they reset with each monthly renewal.
• Top-up credits: no. They remain available until consumed, as long as your subscription is active.

If your subscription is completely canceled (beyond the end date), you cannot use your remaining credits until you reactivate. Credits are preserved but locked.
