Manage my payment methods

Add or update a card, download your invoices and update your billing details.

All Skuads payments go through a secure payment provider who manages your banking information. You never need to provide your card details directly to Skuads.

Access the billing portal

  1. Log in to app.skuads.com, or use the Skuads app on iOS or Android.
  2. In the left sidebar, open the Account group, then click Payment & Billing.
  3. You are redirected to your personal billing portal.

You can also access the same portal from the My subscription page via the Open my payment and billing portal button.

Add or update a payment method

From the billing portal, update your payment method and enter your new card. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit),
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay.

The change takes effect immediately. Your next direct debit will use the new payment method.

Download invoices and receipts

In the billing portal, the billing history lists all your invoices. You can:

  • consult an invoice online,
  • download it in PDF format,
  • obtain the corresponding payment receipt.

Each invoice displays the amount excluding VAT, the applicable VAT rate and the total including tax. Invoices are also sent to you automatically by email.

Update your billing details

Still in the billing portal, open your billing information to modify:

  • your name or company name,
  • your postal address,
  • your country (VAT is recalculated automatically),
  • your intra-community VAT number (if applicable).

Changes to contact details apply to the next invoice. Invoices already issued are not modified.
