Understanding credit consumption

Skuads uses a single credit pool: a single balance that you draw from based on the actions you trigger.

Credit costs

• AI image generation: 15 credits per generation
• AI video generation: 15 credits per video (an estimate is displayed above the form and may vary depending on the options chosen)
• AI content generation (article, post): 8 credits per generation
• AI website generation: 60 credits per site
• Sending marketing emails: 1 credit
• Sending marketing SMS: 4 credits

Monthly sending limits

Regardless of your credit balance, the application applies anti-spam caps on outgoing mailings:

• 500 emails per month maximum,
• 200 SMS per month maximum.

These counters reset on the 1st of each month and are visible on the Usage page.

Administrator behavior

If you are a Skuads administrator (internal), your actions do not consume credits on client sites. You can test freely without impacting their balance.

What happens when my balance reaches zero?

• Generators display an error message. Image, content and website generators display “You have run out of credits. Please buy more credits to continue." and redirect you to the upgrade page. The video generator displays "You do not have enough credits to generate this video.""
• You can purchase a pack, configure automatic recharge, or wait for the next monthly renewal.

Proactive alerts

As your balance approaches zero, Skuads sends you an email notification so you can top up before you run out. A 24 hour delay applies to avoid repeat emails.
