Cancel or modify my subscription

How to cancel, resume or change your Skuads App subscription.

Your Skuads subscription is without obligation. You can cancel at any time. Here's how it works and what happens next.

Cancel my subscription

  1. Log in to app.skuads.com, or use the Skuads app on iOS or Android.
  2. Open the My subscription page.
  3. Click Cancel my subscription.
  4. In the confirmation window, choose what you want to keep active after canceling (website hosting, Google Business Profile, social media automation, domain and DNS management, creative assets and files), add an optional note, then click Yes, cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features until this date.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Your remaining credits (monthly and top-up) remain usable until the end of the period.
  • Your data (sites, integrations, history) is retained after expiration, then can be deleted.

Resume before the end of the period

If you have canceled but change your mind before the end of your current period, you can resume your subscription from the My subscription page. It continues as normal, without interruption or additional costs.

Monthly credits are not reset when you resume. They keep their current balance.

Resubscribe after expiration

If your subscription has already expired:

  1. Log in to app.skuads.com, or use the Skuads app on iOS or Android.
  2. The My Subscription page displays No active subscription. Click Activate my account.
  3. Choose a plan and confirm payment.
  4. Your monthly credits are recharged immediately.

Modify my subscription

Skuads offers several plans for different needs:

  • Starter (69 EUR excluding tax per month). The self-service plan for anyone who wants to access the Skuads App.
  • Premium (119 EUR excluding VAT per month), Affaire (249 EUR excluding VAT per month) and First Class (319 EUR excluding VAT per month). These plans include the Skuads App as well as additional services and are activated via a quote request.

To upgrade to a Premium, Affaire, or First Class plan, use the Request a quote option on the Choose your plan page, go to skuads.com/boutique, or contact us.
