Monthly credits and additional credits
Understand the difference between the credits included in your subscription and the credits you purchase on top of it.

Monthly credits
Included in your Skuads subscription:
- Amount: a monthly allowance included in your plan (1,710 credits per month by default)
- Renewal: reset on each subscription renewal date
- Debit order: debited first
Top-up credits
Purchased separately, in addition to your monthly credits:
- Amount: from 200 to 12,000 credits depending on the pack chosen
- Expiration: none, available as long as subscription is active
- Debit order: debited second (after monthly credits)
Why monthly credits are debited first
Your monthly credits are consumed before your top-up credits. The logic is simple: monthly credits reset with each subscription cycle and don't carry over, so it's better to use them first. Your top-up credits are not renewed and are not lost: they remain available until you need them.
Track your balance
In the left sidebar, open the Account group, then click Credit Usage to see your balance and the next renewal date.
What happens if your subscription expires?
Your top-up credits are not lost if your subscription expires. They are simply locked. They become available again as soon as you reactivate your subscription.
When to buy top-up credits
- You regularly reach your monthly limit before the end of the month
- You have a one-off period of intensive use (campaign launch, site creation, etc.)
- You want to avoid any service interruption
Automatic recharge
Activate automatic top-up to never run out of credits. Choose a pack and threshold percentage in the Additional Credits section of the My Subscription page. When your balance falls below this threshold, Skuads automatically purchases the selected pack and debits your payment method.
