Understanding my Skuads subscription

What plans are available, what's included, and how billing works.

Skuads offers several subscription plans depending on your situation.

Plans available

  • Starter (69 EUR excluding tax per month). The self-service plan that gives you access to the Skuads App. Accessible to all, no prior relationship with Skuads required.
  • Premium (119 EUR excluding VAT per month). For growing businesses. Includes the Skuads App as well as additional services.
  • Affaire (249 EUR excluding VAT per month). For established businesses. Includes the Skuads App as well as additional services.
  • First Class (319 EUR excluding VAT per month). Our most complete offering, including the Skuads App as well as additional services.

On the Choose your plan page, you can directly activate the Starter plan. Plans Premium, Affaire and First Class are activated via a quote request.

30-day free trial

When you first sign up, you get a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial only applies to your first subscription.

  • Payment method upon registration: you choose a plan and add a payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) to open the trial. No debit occurs before the 30th day.
  • No commitment: cancel anytime before the 30th day to avoid being billed. On the 30th day, the plan you chose is charged.
  • Full Access: All features are unlocked from day one, like a paid plan.
  • Guided setup: a short wizard on your dashboard tailors the experience to your business.

Pricing (Starter)

  • Billed monthly on the date your subscription is activated.
  • VAT is calculated automatically based on your billing country (for example 20% in France).
  • No commitment: cancel at any time.
  • Secure payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What is included

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that you spend on different actions:

  • AI image generation: 15 credits per generation
  • AI content generation (article, post): 8 credits per generation
  • AI website generation: 60 credits per site
  • Email marketing: 1 credit per email (up to 500 per month)
  • SMS marketing: 4 credits per SMS (up to 200 per month)

Credits are grouped into a single balance: you spend them as you wish between images, content, sites and sendings.

In addition to credits, all plans include:

  • connections to your Google accounts (Business Profile, Analytics, Ads, Local Services),
  • call tracking with AI recording and transcription,
  • centralized lead forms,
  • management of Google reviews and Google Business Profile posts,
  • accommodation in the EU, compliant with the GDPR.

Billing cycle

Your subscription renews monthly on the activation date. At each successful renewal:

  • you receive an invoice by e-mail,
  • your monthly credits are automatically recharged.

Unused subscription credits do not carry over. They reset each time they are renewed. Top-up credits, on the other hand, remain on your account until consumed.

Manage your subscription

Open the My Subscription page to manage your plan and purchase additional credits. The Cancel my subscription button opens a confirmation window; access remains active until the end of the current period.

From Account > Payment & Billing in the sidebar, you access the billing portal to update your payment method and download your invoices.
